Department of Transport and Main Roads are driving a road construction program worth $16.2 billion over the next five years. Our road program includes many diverse projects, large and small, across our 12 regions that connect Queensland.
More than ever we require the best of the best to deliver on the demands of a rapidly growing population, to build and maintain the roads and bridges that make up a road network that is both safe and efficient and to connect the people across the state.
Information is available on our corporate website on how we engage with the community and our commitment to safety. To view our projects and initiatives designed to improve transport throughout Queensland click here
Our involvement from the preconception phase until the completion of construction means there is a variety of positions to choose from, no matter what your specialisation. We are involved from the initial planning and detailed design of a project and encompassing all aspects of its construction through to more senior levels of strategy and management.
